Inspiration For All

We are Inspiration for All. A not-for-profit bringing schools and business together to lift up leaders, schools and students in turn.

We match school leaders and business leaders in unique peer-mentoring partnerships that create fresh perspectives, enhance leadership skills and drive social mobility.

We believe every child should be supported to flourish in a brilliant school and beyond in a rewarding career.

Research tells us that investing in school leadership is an effective way to improve outcomes for children from under-served communities. Indeed, research tells us that a great leader can add up to two grades to every child's outcomes.

That’s why we work exclusively with schools that have a high proportion of children from low-income families; our programme connects senior leaders from schools and business in a partnership where they develop together.

Our Inspiring Partnerships widen outlooks and improve outcomes. Over nine monthly sessions, participants witness first-hand the value of leadership in different contexts. School leaders benefit from invaluable time and space to reflect on their leadership journey. And business leaders learn through gaining unique insights into teachers’ and students’ experiences.

Developing leadership

Today’s leaders are facing new and previously unimaginable pressures.

A partnership with a senior leader from a different sector is a great way to support, encourage and inspire without judgment or preconceived ideas. With an achievable time-commitment and unique opportunity to share skills across sectors, our programme offers valuable learning and insight for senior of leaders of both schools and businesses.

Leaders that set aside just one hour a month to meet and talk with a partner see a phenomenal difference to their energy and outlook, both parties come away with new skills, feeling engaged and inspired to improve educational outcomes and break down barriers to employment for young people.
