Inspiration For All

We are Inspiration for All. A not-for-profit bringing schools and business together to lift up leaders, schools and students in turn.

We believe every child should be supported to flourish in a brilliant school and beyond in a rewarding career. Yet here in the UK, parental occupation is still the biggest indicator of future success.

Research tells us that investing in school leadership is an effective way to improve outcomes for children from under-served communities.

That’s why we work exclusively with schools that have a high proportion of children from low-income families; our programme connects senior leaders from schools and business in a partnership where they develop together.

We create partnerships that inspire, ignite change and improve outcomes for under-served young people.

Developing leadership

Today’s leaders are facing new and previously unimaginable pressures.

With an achievable time-commitment and unique opportunity to share skills across sectors, our programme offers valuable learning and insight for senior of leaders of both schools and businesses.

Leaders that set aside just one hour a month to meet and talk with a partner see a phenomenal difference to their energy and outlook, both parties come away with new skills, feeling engaged and inspired to improve educational outcomes and break down barriers to employment for young people.
